Remote Almanca Müşteri Hizmetleri Temsilcisi (Deneyim Şart Değil)

Çalışma Şekli : Uzaktan (Türkiye genelinden başvurular kabul edilir)

İş Tanımı :

Almanca konuşulan pazarlarda faaliyet gösteren markamıza destek verecek, müşteri taleplerini çözüm odaklı şekilde karşılayacak, inbound-outbound ekip arkadaşları arıyoruz.

Sorumluluklar :

Almanca gelen çağrı, e-posta veya chat taleplerini profesyonelce yanıtlamak
Müşteri sorunlarını doğru şekilde analiz edip çözüm üretmek
Prime bağlı satışlar gerçekleştirmek
Gerektiğinde ilgili birimlere yönlendirme yapmak
Müşteri memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutmak

Aranan Nitelikler :

Almanca akıcı konuşma ve yazma becerisi

Türkiyede ikamet ediyor olmak

İletişimi güçlü, sabırlı ve çözüm odaklı olmak

Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilmek

Bilgisayar kullanımına hâkim olmak, sabit internet hattı sahibi olmak
