  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and coach sales teams to support their professional growth and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align strategies and contribute to effective decision-making processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Review and refine operational processes to effectively achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance to senior management.

    • Minimum 5 years of team management experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Proven ability to lead leaders and coach teams to enhance their performance.
    • Cross-functional experience in areas such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training is a strong advantage.
    • Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
    • No travel restrictions and flexibility for domestic or international travel when required.
    • Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
