Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for an associate to take part in our team to advise highly reputable global clients on corporate / commercial law with the qualifications outlined below.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in the field of corporate / commercial law in a top-tier law firm and / or as an in-house counsel at a multinational company
• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (For English, TOEFL score of 105 or higher or an IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0 or higher)
• Strong drafting, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills with analytical and creative mindset
• Develop pragmatic, creative and commercial-oriented legal solutions on a timely basis
• Excellent organizational, follow-up and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team
