Transaction Services Senior Associate (M&A Financial Due Diligence)

We are now taking applications for Senior / Experienced Senior (3-5 years) roles in our Transaction Services (M&A Financial DueDiligence) team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business from an accredited college / university, preferably an MSc or MA degree from an accredited college / university, with accounting / finance concentration
• 3-5 years Big4 audit experience in non-financial services
• Strong accounting and finance background with solid financial analysis and reporting skills
• Strong attention and focus in details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to work in a team environment and under specific deadlines / commitments
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
