We are now taking applications for Senior / Experienced Senior (3-5 years) roles in our Transaction Services (M&A Financial DueDiligence) team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business from an accredited college / university, preferably an MSc or MA degree from an accredited college / university, with accounting / finance concentration
- 3-5 years Big4 audit experience in non-financial services
- Strong accounting and finance background with solid financial analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention and focus in details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to work in a team environment and under specific deadlines / commitments
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

Deliver financial due diligence projects by :
Understanding the drivers of a potential transaction by sector research and reading related materials ( process letter, information memorandum, letter of intent)Analyzing financial data and information to identify the key drivers behind the trading performance and cash flows of a businessDiscussing business drivers, historical events and balance sheet positions with relevant company representatives and managementAnalyzing key valuation considerations such as adjusted EBITDA, working capital requirements and net debt to bridge enterprise and equity valueIdentifying and report key factual conclusions and advice to support buyer's / seller's negotiating positions and price adjustmentsCooperating with other advisors involved in the process
