Finance Analyst (1-Year Assignment – Maternity Leave Cover)

Description and Requirements

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.

As a Financial Analyst , you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions across Turkey and the broader EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CFO of the META Region , you'll act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing teams, providing timely and accurate financial insights that support business growth. Expect to be fully embedded in the planning rhythm of the organization, including weekly collaborative calls and cross-regional meetings,  where your input will help steer both local and regional strategies.

These are your detailed responsibilities :

Financial Reporting :

• Provide information to management on the actual status of the business development by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
• Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan (Revenue, AUR, Gross Profit & other implications)
• Budget / Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and risk / opportunity tracking
• Execute & enhance existing and develop new tools for Finance & sales management to track business performance
• Support all forecasting cycles – Winter Plan (Budget), quarterly, monthly, and campaign / Mx planning in collaboration with business teams
