About this Position

In this role, you will support the growth of our Sealant and PU Foam categories by driving brand strategies, managing launches, and optimizing profitability in close collaboration with cross-functional, regional, and global teams.

What you´ll do

Closely monitor the

developments in the Sealant and PU Foam categories and generate insights.

Give active support in

developing the brand strategy, local brand plan and comprehensive

activation plan.

Execute the yearly new

launches, communication plan, digital communication.

Closely tracking &

reporting marketing budgets.

Monitor results of each

campaign and report to relevant teams and functions.

Develop and execute

product strategy in line with technology.

Manage product launches

in communication with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Purchasing.

Manage and optimize

product profitability, by driving COGS improvement projects.

Steer the planning and

execution of customer specific products end-to-end by coordinating sales,

agencies, supply chain and purchasing.

Manage master data

processes and data maintenance.

Actively participating

in regular alignment meetings with regional and global teams.

What makes you a good fit

BSc / BA in Industrial

Engineering, Business Administration and Economic background

2-3 years of experience

in a similar position.

Strong communication and

interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with

professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent oral and

written communication skills in English with the ability to interact

effectively with all levels of management.

Excellent proficiency in

Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Can-do attitude with a

curiosity to always explore more.

Eagerness to learn and

develop personal skills, appreciating and understanding the value of

teamwork.

Self-confident

professional, who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound

leadership capabilities.
