Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L reportsPreparation of monthly KPI reports including, indexation and P&L related analysis, ensure alignment with Power BIAnalyze and report monthly revenuesCheck of P&L accruals, FX revaluation checksEnsure accurate data entry of tenant move-ins / outs and space changes into the systemPrepare shared area income / expense files on a quarterly basis and in line with the budgeting processPrepare annual shared area reconciliation work and tenant notification lettersMonitor turnover data entries and maintain system accuracyMaintaining and improving controlling files and forecast model and forecast and budget presentation related excelsMonthly and quarterly forecast preparation along with the comments for management reportingAnnual budget preparationOff balance sheet reportingPerforming operational checks and performing internal controlAll other ad-hoc questions; workload distributed within the team in most optimal way.Aradığımız Profil
