- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field as a project engineer and / or in maintenance management of industrial plants.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Residency in Izmir or Manisa.
- Strong teamwork skills, and ability to work in a matrix organization and with international teams. (The position holder will report to Head of Service Projects in India and Service Operations Manager in Turkiye)
