Responsible for bidding handle, organize the review & approval process

Responsible for contract fulfillment management including contract change, contract handover, contract Risk

Management, invoicing management, and speed up billing and payment collection.

Monitor contract fulfillment status process, Track and monitor the whole process from Purchaser Order receiving to

Purchaser Order confirmation and contract change.

Maintain the Invoicing Billing trigger plan, Update billing trigger plan in time.

Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, service department to address issues relevant to contract / purchase order

Requirements

Bachelor or above, electronic / telecommunication / computer / Finance / Business Management / International Trade / Law major preferred
1-3 years’ work experience in Contract commercial domain
Good English Skills
Knowledge and skills related to contract commerce are preferred, such as commercial management, legal, international trade, finance, basic telecommunications knowledge would be an advantage.
