About this Position
In Consumer Adhesives, this position leads both Brand and Trade Marketing with a full Turkey scope, shaping strategy, driving category growth and Brand Equity and ensuring strong market execution in the local market. The Marketing Manager combines strategic vision, commercial acumen and people leadership to deliver sustainable results.
What you´ll do
Define
and execute strategic direction across Brand and categories, fully aligned with business goals
Drive
brand building, portfolio, pricing and positioning strategies, alongside
consumer communication and marketing investments
Develop
and implement trade marketing and channel activation plans, maximizing
category growth and customer penetration
Oversee
global product launches and campaigns, adapting to local market insights
Manage
P&L optimization, ensuring balance between sustainable growth and
profitability
Inspire,
coach and develop marketing teams, fostering collaboration and performance
excellence
What makes you a good fit
BSc / BA
in Business Administration, Engineering or a relevant field
Around
15 years of experience in Brand, Category and Trade Marketing within FMCG
Proven
leadership and people management capabilities
Strong
strategic, analytical and business acumen (incl. P&L management)
High
resilience, motivation and excellent communication skills in English
