We offer comprehensive solutions for the installation of ground-based, rooftop, and floating solar power plants in Turkey, Europe, and Africa.

YEO Enerji is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the financial operations of DEFIC , a leading and rapidly growing group company in the global renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, preferably in multinational companies, publicly listed firms, or within the energy sector.
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong command of IFRS / UFRS and financial reporting standards
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Proven leadership in managing finance, accounting, procurement, budgeting, and reporting teams
Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, time management, and stress management abilities

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies

Oversee financial operations including accounting, procurement, budgeting, and reporting

Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Prepare and present reliable KPI and financial reports to senior management

Supervise ERP and IT system implementation and management

Support international subsidiaries and joint ventures in financial setup and reporting

Ensure timely execution of month-end and quarterly closings

Prepare quarterly activity reports and business plans

Represent the company in Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings
