Job description

Position : FX Sales Retention Agent with Japanese

Location : Istanbul, Turkey

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary + Commission + Allowance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
  • Increase chances of future sales
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in Japanese, both oral and written.
  • Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
  • Computer savviness
  • Ability to work with deadlines & targets
  • Management and mathematics skills
  • Great objection-handling skills.
