Responsibilities

Design and implement LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines for chatbot and Generative AI use cases.
Build new AI-powered bots and enhance existing ones for better accuracy and performance.
Work with vector databases and Elasticsearch to enable semantic and hybrid search capabilities.
Develop and optimize ML models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow .
Deploy ML solutions on Java microservice architectures within Kubernetes environments .
Develop and integrate APIs (FastAPI).
Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in software development or machine learning (experience in banking / financial services is a strong plus ).

Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

Hands-on experience with LLM projects (fine-tuning, RAG, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Solid knowledge of Java and microservice architectures with production experience.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Proficiency in SQL for data processing.

Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and Elasticsearch semantic / hybrid search .

Experience in API development (FastAPI).

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
