Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Planning and Logistics Manager'' for our global client operating in elevator sector which is located in Ümraniye / İstanbul.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
  • Proven experience min 5 years in process planning or logistics roles, with a focus on operational efficiency and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Strong in project base / boutique production
  • Having good planning and organizational skills,
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain management and logistics operations to support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning and logistics strategies with sales, production, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Analyze market trends, historical data, and customer demands to forecast future demand accurately.
  • Develop inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize holding costs, and ensure product availability.
  • Plan and coordinate transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Optimize logistics networks and routes to minimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers, including carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
