Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment.
OUS Provider Engagement Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing physician-focused physical and or virtual roundtable events that allow physicians to collectively prescreen patients for clinical trials through the use of Massive Bio’s AI-driven physician prescreening tool, which is called Clinical Network.
This includes managing pre-event preparations, organizing logistics, sending invitations, facilitating discussions, and providing post-event insights such as feedback summaries and follow-up communications.
The events will focus on facilitating discussions around the latest advancements in oncology; they will also provide an opportunity for oncologists to network, exchange experiences, and discuss patient cases that align with trial entry criteria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong physician network, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering seamless, impactful events.
Reporting to the Director of OUS Provider Engagement, you will : Design and execute physical and / or virtual physician roundtables across Europe, aimed at enhancing physician engagement and supporting clinical trial initiatives.
Manage all event deliverables from initial planning to post-event reporting, ensuring a seamless attendee experience and high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Leverage a strong network of physicians and collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify local needs, secure participation, and maximize the impact of roundtable discussions.
Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, implementing cost-efficient strategies without compromising quality or alignment with company objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, KAMs, external partners, and physicians, ensuring all activities align with strategic business goals.
Collaborate extensively with speakers, VIP guests, vendors, KAMs, and internal teams to maintain a cohesive and professional event experience.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing event outcomes, physician feedback, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive strategic relationships with key healthcare providers and institutions, identifying enrollment opportunities, promoting clinical trial offerings, and expanding physician adoption across assigned territories.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and physician outreach to post-enrollment support, while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team-based enrollment and revenue KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions for key accounts, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and customer needs.
Candidate profile : Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field.
Established a network of physicians to facilitate roundtable discussions.
3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, pharma, oncology, or clinical trials.
Worked deployment of physician workflow and / or care assistance tools is a plus Knowledge of tumor board set-up and facilitation in oncology is a plus Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with hybrid and virtual event platforms.
Familiarity with corporate branding and marketing strategies.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
Will be able to travel occasionally and have flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
Willingness to travel at least 1 week a month.
Advanced level in English.

Living in Istanbul, preferably on the Anatolian side.
The work location is Istanbul;Kozyatagi at least 2 / 3 days a week at the office.
