Role Overview

We are looking for a  Product Manager  to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of RemotePass’s  AI product  that allows users to interact with their data seamlessly.

You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and leadership to translate user feedback into actionable product iterations—bridging the gap between  technical execution  and  end-user experience .

• Define and own the  product roadmap  aligned with business goals and user needs
• Translate  learnings  into clear product requirements and a long-term strategy.
• Drive  feature prioritization  based on impact, effort, and strategic fit.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to  HR or Payroll tech  solutions.

Familiarity with  AI / ML products, LLMs , or  automation technologies .
