Road Freight Operation Specialist

We are looking for a Road Freight Operation Specialist to join our team in İstanbul, Turkey . In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end road freight operations, ensuring efficient coordination of domestic and international shipments, and delivering high-quality service within our LTL (Less Than Truckload) network.

Your Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough market research to identify the best operational transport solutions based on customer requirements and network capabilities
• Source, negotiate, and secure transport capacity by collaborating with transport partners and utilizing transport exchanges
• Optimize transport operations, including route planning, cargo loading, pricing strategies, and channel selection
• Manage and monitor the full transport cycle : from order intake to successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Transport Management System (TMS), ensuring transparency and traceability of all operational activities
• Ensure operational alignment and collaboration with X-Dock (Cross-Dock) hubs, optimizing consolidation and distribution flows
• Monitor X-Dock cargo handling, transfer timings, and documentation to maintain shipment integrity
• Verify the completeness and correctness of all transport-related documentation (., CMRs, invoices, permits)
• Ensure proactive resolution of operational issues and initiate corrective actions when needed
• Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with both clients and carriers, contributing to long-term business growth
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, service quality, and margin enhancement
