The role

• Collaborate in delivering integrated solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Account Access, and Control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while addressing customer needs.
• Manage the development, enhancement, and optimization of IAM solutions within customer environments.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM-related requests and issues.
• Implement and maintain user authentication, authorization, and provisioning processes.
• Integrate and configure IAM solutions such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager.
• Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange for seamless identity management.
• Support REST / SOAP-based integrations and JSON-based data exchange.
• Conduct database management using MS SQL and Oracle PL / SQL.
• Lead IAM security best practices, ensuring secure identity governance and administration (IGA).
