Job Description

Being responsible for sales in Türkiye (Mediterranean, East) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools through active development, maintenance and growth of customers.

Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (improved price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)

Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.

Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team

Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers

Gathering information about competitors and market trends

Staying close to the user to understand their needs and applications and aiming to convert the user

Gaining and providing user and market insights to the Central Product Area purpose teams for the development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development

Increasing numeric and weighted distribution

Promoting and demonstrating Power Tools Accessories and Hand Tools to users

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial thinking

Autonomous working manner

Sales knowledge : negotiation skills, customer orientation

Analytical thinking and strategic overview

Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus

Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
